It's the little things in relationships that matter the most, and at Kate's Calligraphy, we take that same mentality when it comes to your details - The smallest details can have the most sentimental meaning and also make the biggest impact.

In addition to creating completely custom artistry, we are deeply intentional with our impact on the environment whenever we can be. This means single-use plastic or acrylic is something we use minimally and strategically throughout our designs. Our larger signage is made of wood, which is sanded, prepped, and painted for each event. We curate a rental inventory to support our clients, which includes our large installations, frames for stationery, card boxes, and more. We use local printers whenever possible. We print on material that we know can be recycled. And we recycle whatever we can when we come for cleanup at the end of the night.

We put just as much intentionality into how we create your details as we do in creating a cohesive design that helps the flow of your day. We believe designs can be beautiful and purposeful.

Similar to a lot of folks in this beautiful industry, the path to wedding signage and stationery sort of just "happened." As someone who was always artistic, what started as teaching myself fancy writing so I could make cute cards for friends quickly transformed into Christmas ornaments (if you remember these, you are an OG KC follower!) and then I made the jump into the wedding world around the pandemic.

Combining my Type A Project Manager brain, with my love for weddings, and my passion for creating is a super power. I love every part of this work (well, except maybe cleaning up the messes...) and then getting the chance to see the details come to life on the day of your wedding?! It's absolute magic. Truly.
